By scheduling or receiving services from Shamrock Services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Shamrock Services provides professional exterior window cleaning services using purified water systems, water-fed pole equipment, and other professional cleaning tools designed to safely clean windows from the ground.
Additional services such as screen cleaning and track cleaning may be provided when requested.
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Unlocking gates if necessary
• Securing pets
• Moving obstacles that block access to windows
• Ensuring walkways and work areas are safe and clear
Shamrock Services reserves the right to decline or reschedule service if working conditions are unsafe.
Customers agree to provide access to a standard outdoor water spigot during the service.
Shamrock Services uses purified water filtration systems connected to the customer’s water source in order to perform exterior window cleaning.
If a water source is unavailable or inaccessible, services may be rescheduled or subject to additional charges.
For safety and service quality, appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, including but not limited to:
• Heavy rain
• Lightning
• Strong winds
• Freezing temperatures
Customers will be notified as soon as possible if rescheduling is required.
Pricing is determined based on factors including:
• Number of windows
• Accessibility of windows
• Condition of windows
• Requested services
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or electronic payment.
Shamrock Services is not responsible for issues related to pre-existing window conditions, including but not limited to:
• Broken window seals
• Scratched or damaged glass
• Oxidized frames
• Deteriorated window frames
• Failed glazing
• Loose glass panes
• Damaged screens
Cleaning may reveal existing damage that was not previously visible.
Standard window cleaning removes surface dirt and debris only.
Hard water stains, mineral buildup, paint, construction debris, oxidation, or other contaminants may require specialized restoration services, which are not included in standard cleaning.
Shamrock Services takes care to protect landscaping and property during service.
However, the use of hoses, water-fed pole equipment, and normal service practices may require movement around landscaping, mulch beds, garden areas, and exterior surfaces.
Shamrock Services is not responsible for damage to landscaping, plants, or property that occurs due to:
• Pre-existing conditions
• Fragile plantings
• Improperly secured materials
• Normal service activity
Customers are responsible for notifying Shamrock Services of any delicate landscaping, decorations, or sensitive areas before service begins.
Shamrock Services primarily uses water-fed pole systems designed to clean windows safely from the ground.
In some situations, ladders or other access equipment may be required to safely complete the service.
Customers acknowledge that ladder placement may occur on driveways, patios, or landscaping areas when necessary to reach certain windows.
Shamrock Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural weaknesses in siding, trim, gutters, roofing materials, or other exterior surfaces.
Exterior window cleaning uses purified water systems that thoroughly rinse windows.
Water may drip or run off onto siding, landscaping, patios, decks, or surrounding areas during the cleaning process.
This is a normal part of the cleaning process and should not cause damage to properly maintained surfaces.
Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
Missed appointments or cancellations without reasonable notice may result in a service fee.
Shamrock Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact Shamrock Services within 48 hours of service so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Shamrock Services shall not be held responsible for:
• Pre-existing window damage
• Damage caused by faulty window installation
• Structural issues related to siding, trim, or frames
• Damage caused by severe weather after service
